Registering with the club
In order for ANY player to take part in a training session or play a friendly match, they MUST be registered with the club. To do this, please ask their parent / guardian to fill in the following temporary registration form before the session starts:

Registering with the league
In order for ANY player to play in a league match, they MUST be registered with the relevant league. To do this, pleas ask their parent guardian to give you the following information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Address
• School
• Photo / photocopy / scanned copy of her birth certificate or passport (can take photo of it on your phone and send over)
• Photo of her head / face - does not need to be proper passport photo, can take it on your phone and email over if needed

This information then needs to be emailed over to the Registration Secretary
